Last night the Granite Games released the first of five workouts as part of the Online Qualifier to compete in person later this year. Beginning last night and running for the next five weeks, athletes can submit their scores with the top athletes receiving an invite to move to the next stage of the competition.
The Week 1 workout is:
12-minute AMRAP of:
10 Hang Squat Cleans (135/95lbs)
10 Alternating Front Rack Reverse Lunges in Place (135/95lbs)
20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
Scaled versions along with the official workout descriptions and movement standards can be found on the Granite Games site.
Athletes have until Monday, June 12 at 7pm CDT to register, complete the workout and submit a score.
