And 16.5 is the repeat workout this year. And for the first time ever, a movement was programmed twice in one year, bar-facing burpees. I guess that’s what happens when burpees were skipped last year.
While most of you have probably suffered through the first “for time” workout back in 2014, everyone’s gotten a lot better at competitive exercising so the strategy videos have been updated with how to (re)approach 84 thrusters and 84 burpees.
