Here we go for the last workout of the CrossFit Open. 17.5 is very similar to what we see on Event 6 at Regionals…a fast workout where seconds will cost an athlete multiple spots. Ten rounds of 9 thrusters and 35 double-unders is going to hurt.
We’ve rounded up all of the Open strategy and prep videos so you are fully prepared to finish your Open (and even possibly advance to Regionals). But before we get to the strategy videos, here are the workout standards. Don’t try to “game” the system this week. Put your jump rope on the ground!
