Looking for some workout motivation, try out AWOD. Short for Athlete WOD, we find an interesting workout each day from a CrossFit athlete and post for those looking to mix up their training.

80 Double Unders
40 GHD Sit-Ups
20 Dumbbell Snatches (40kg or 90lbs)
