It’s funny how everyone seems to start incorporating elements into their workouts AFTER Dave Castro programs them. After 2015, everyone had a pegboard. After this year’s Open, break out the dumbbells more often (plus, there’s even a CrossFit Dumbbell Workshop) and now after Regionals…did someone say weight vest?
We’ve seen weight vests around for years, but only until recently has it been popular to use them more than once a year on Memorial Day…thanks, Murph. So in the spirit of more weight vest, here’s a workout to try.
