Today’s AWOD is for all the expecting mommas out there…and for anyone else who is looking for something different. For anyone around CrossFit back in the day, you are likely familiar with Allison Bishop. She was quite popular in the community before CrossFit exploded.
As you can see in the video below, Bishop is quite pregnant. She’s actually past her due date, but she’s still getting those workouts in.

Still trying to work this baby out! We walked for two hours today (in the crazy Las Vegas heat) and then did this family workout: 10,9,8,7….1: Single Arm OHS DB Deadlifts Handstand Kick-Ups * my mom and I used 15lbs for the Squats and 55 for the DLs. 👶🏼 weights! 😜 Handstands and OHS are the only things that feel really good!! They want to induce me tomorrow at my doctors appointment, but I’m going to push it back again. I’m only a few days overdue and I don’t see the rush.
