Irving Hernandez is a bodyweight ninja. Watching him bust out pull-ups, handstand push-ups and double-unders is fun. But Hernandez is pretty strong, too. Here’s a two-part workout that Hernandez just did.

Via Irving Hernandez:
Find 1RM Deadlift
–then–
Every 10 minutes for 40 minutes do:
1,500m Row
150 Double-Unders
50 Push-ups

Oh, and Hernandez deadlifted 545 pounds at 155-pound bodyweight! That would lift would have been good for 7th at last year’s Ranch Deadlift Ladder…
