The last several days Sam Dancer has begun sharing workouts on his Instagram feed. So far he has put out three workouts, all of which include some decent amount of running, rowing or skiing. In one of the posts, Dancer commented that he is working to run 20+ miles per week.
The latest workout posted was tried by Khan Porter. So if it’s good enough for Dancer and Porter, it’s good enough for us to try.
