It isn’t too often that us normal CrossFitters can do one of the events from the CrossFit Games. From the specialty equipment like the Snail to the Ranch Trail Run, some things just can’t be replicated.
But the Triple G Chipper is one of those workouts that we can all do. And with the entire event being announced more than a week out from the Games, the individual athletes are testing it…like rookie Alec Smith.
