If you follow crossfit.com programming, you might have noticed that Brooke Wells has been offering tips to the workouts recently. For the month of April, Brooke Wells will be featured alongside the “.com” WOD with her tips to make it through each workout.
Wells traveled to CrossFit HQ in Santa Cruz, California, for the special project. Throughout the month, Wells will provide a tip, scaling option or some cues on specific movements. Each clip so far has been under a minute.
