Sam Briggs won the CrossFit Games in 2013 and has been in the top 10 consistently. Known for her engine, Briggs is one of the best athletes at the endurance-based events, especially when running is involved.
But before CrossFit, Briggs was a firefighter and an amateur footballer. What we didn’t know was that Briggs was not the ripped, athletic person we see today.
Briggs shared a photo of herself 12 years ago when she was 23 years old compared to a photo from the 2017 CrossFit Games. To say her transformation is amazing is an understatement.
