Last night we learned the first workout for individuals at the 2017 CrossFit Regionals. Minutes ago Dave Castro continued with the whiteboard to reveal Event 2.
Dumbbell Snatch (80/55)
While details about the workout still remain, (is it 21 snatches each? Do they have to be alternating? Power or Squat?), it will be a shoulder burner for sure. Combine that with the 48 strict handstand push-ups and 96 CTB pull-ups from Event 1 and the athletes’ shoulders will be feeling it.
