A few weeks ago we saw a few leaked photos of the upcoming Reebok Nano 7, but there was no timetable for the footwear release. Changing from its normal release following the CrossFit Games in July, Reebok released the 7th version of its CrossFit shoe early to allowathletes to take advantage of the upcoming CrossFit Open.

The Nano 7 features a new NANOWEAVE technology to give the shoes the most comfortable, durable and breathable Nano yet. Reinforced heel clips have also been added to provide additional stability and a more locked in feel.

Judson Vancor, Global Director of Product at Reebok said, “Reebok always strives to produce the best products for the CrossFit and the greater fitness community. We continually develop and provide the most versatile training franchise in the Nano. Our ultimate goal is empower the community to move the way they were born too.”

In addition to the NANOWEAVE technology and the heel clips, the Nano 7 has an expanded RopePro system to ensure durability and protection on rope climbs.

The Reebok CrossFit Nano 7 is available on the official CrossFit store beginning today, January 4. On January 5, the shoes will be available on Reebok.com. If you want to buy them Rogue Fitness and other retailers, you will need to wait until January 12.
