The CrossFit Open is no longer something athletes can look past. The level of competition has increased over the years and with only 20 athletes advancing out of each region, one workout can mean the difference between competing at Regionals and watching them from home.

We are following the women from the 2016 CrossFit Games to see if any are in jeopardy of not qualifying for the regionals. Right now, only Whitney Cappellucci sits outside the cut line at 34th in the South West region.
