Central

Team

Rich Froning and his CrossFit Mayhem Freedom team is significantly better this year with the addition of Lindy Barber. Sheila Barden has shown grit this weekend and is now sitting in 1st place after two days of competition. But she’s not a lock for the Games as she is only 40 points ahead of 6th place. Event 7: Heat 4 begins at 3:50pm EST.

We predicted that Saturday would be a great day for Jacob Heppner. We were right as he finished with two 2nd place and a 1st place finish. He vaulted to the top of the leaderboard and is now 10 points ahead of Scott Panchik. Sam Dancer is sitting on the bubble in 5th place ahead of Paul Castillo and Graham Holmberg. Will Dancer avoid collapse like last year on the final event? Watch the live stream this afternoon to find out.
