Brian Shaw is a four-time World Strongest Man champion. Shaw won the distinction in 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016. Standing at 6’8″ and weighing 430 pounds, Shaw can produce massive amounts of force as witnessed last night at Mark Bell’s Super Training Gym.

Shaw tied the Concept2 100-meter world record at 12.8 seconds. Shaw tied Ross Love’s current world record on the Concept2 World Record page. Take a look as Shaw pulls 18 times with an average 500m pace of 1:04.
