Three-time Olympian Kendrick Farris just released the Episode 1 of a new Set the Bar series on YouTube. The series will provide an inside look to Farris’ life, both inside and outside of the gym. Watch Farris train, spend time with his family and how he lives his life.
Episode 1 begins with Farris showing how he makes his vegan (yes, Farris is vegan) pancakes in the morning. After that, he goes to his chiropractor to keep his body healthy. Farris finishes up the 9-minute episode by talking with his coach and reminiscing about the past.
