The 2017 iF3 World Championships just wrapped up a week ago, but eyes are already set on 2018. During its Congress Meeting and General Assembly, the International Functional Fitness Federation (iF3) chose the United Kingdom to host the 2018 iF3 World Championships.
The Fitness Racing Federation United Kingdom (FRFUK) will hold the world championships set for London, England, next October. The competition will be held once again over two days on October 6-7, 2018.
There are currently over 150 CrossFit affiliates within 90 minutes of London, which the iF3 is hoping will attract some of the 30,000 CrossFit affiliate members to attend the event. In addition, the iF3 will be implementing initiatives to lower the cost of attending the event for athletes around the world.
