Fun morning getting training in after coaching! After some bench press we had 3RFT of 8 power cleans (125/185) and 50 double unders. I love little sprints like this (especially to one of my favorite Shakira songs from Zootopia ☺️❤️) and finished in 2:41 ☺️. Then after a 2K row we had Zercher yoke carries and I about died hahaha.
