
Keeping with the theme this week of fast, all-out workouts, we’re going to finish the week with another burner. This time, it is a bit Fran-ish with chest-to-bar pull-ups and thrusters, but with a slightly different rep scheme. As Tennil Reed puts it, “nice, fast, spicy FRANimal”.
