Christy Adkins Going Team

Christy Adkins is the latest CrossFit Games veteran choosing to decline an individual invite to Regionals and instead electing to compete on a team. Adkins, 31, has competed at the CrossFit Games seven times. Last year Adkins placed 24th at the Games.

In 2017, however, Adkins will compete on CrossFit Balance’s affiliate team. The team finished 1st in the Mid Atlantic and will be heading down to Atlanta for the Atlantic Regional the first weekend in June.

Adkins will competing against fellow Games veterans Gary and Alea Helmick who also decided to go team this year.
