Reflecting on the @crossfitgames Central regionals last week. One of the best moments was when my kids came screaming to hug me. Becoming a dad has been the greatest thing that's ever happened to me. When there are people who depend on you to take care of them that's when you figure out what life is all about. To see the sense of pride they had as they rushed up to hug me instantly brought tears to my eyes. I've had to miss a lot of time with them that I'll never get back. But one day when they realize what was accomplished they will truly believe that anything is possible through hard work, dedication and commitment. Also in this picture is @3t007 trying to be like his idol. #crossfit #dad #kids #family #fitness #crossfitgames #roadtothegames
