CrossFit Wilco hosted a charity fundraiser last month called Tri For Tots. Those attending donated a toy (or two or three) that would be given to Toys for Tots.

The event consisted of three 20-minute segments on the Concept 2 Rower, Ski Erg and Assault Bike. Teams of four attacked the workout as they worked to accumulate as many calories as possible in one hour.

In addition to CrossFit athletes from around the Nashville area, Rich Froning, Matt Hewett and Darren Hunsucker from CrossFit Mayhem made the trek to participate as well.

In the end, CrossFit Mayhem (plus Derek Robinson, one of the owner’s of CrossFit Wilco) won the event. But more importantly, an entire F-250 truck bed was full of toys!

Here’s a link to all of the photos from the event.
