If you are attending one of the CrossFit Regional events in person, here is what you need to know.
Doors open at 8:15am local time. The first event, presumably teams*, begins at 9:00am. The competition should conclude at 5:15pm for most regions. The larger South Regional will end at 7:00pm on Friday and Saturday and at 5:45pm on Sunday due to the additional heats.
*Team have historically gone first, but we still don’t have heat times to confirm yet.
Tickets are still available to purchase online or at the door. For those bringing kids 12 and under, they are free with the purchase of an adult ticket.
