With the 2017 CrossFit Invitational less than three weeks away, Dave Castro has selected some athletes from the California area to help with testing the events. The Invitational Demo Team consists of Julian Alcaraz, Blaine McConnell, Bjork Odinsdottir and Jamie Hagiya.
McConnell and Odinsdottir, recently married, moved to California as McConnell accepted a job with CrossFit Invictus.
Over the weekend, Castro shared a photo of the four demo team members sprawled out on the floor after a “fun testing session”. There are not many clues to provide any hints, but the Worm is clearly visible along with “20/15” written on the floor.
