Dave Castro is heading to Reddit on Thursday, August 24, to answer your questions as part of ‘Ask Me Anything’, or AMA. He shared this announcement on his Instagram story Saturday night.
Castro will be fielding questions on the /r/CrossFit page within Reddit. This, however, is not Castro’s first venture into Reddit’s AMA. Back in 2015, Castro answered questions in the middle of the 2015 CrossFit Open.
So far this year /r/CrossFit has hosted several AMA’s from big names in CrossFit such as Chandler Smith, Sean Sweeney, Marcus Filly, Julie Foucher and Chris Hinshaw.
