After Dave Castro announced the Assault Banger event Friday evening and the athletes were going back to warm-up, Jason Carroll stayed out on the floor. Castro quieted the crowd and handed the mic over to the CrossFit Games rookie.
Carroll took the mic, made a quick speech and then proposed to his girlfriend in front of 10,000 fans inside the Coliseum.
