After a Tuesday with no updates, Wednesday morning has revealed a couple more events for the Masters and Teens divisions. The programming that has been released thus far appears to be grouping the two Teenager divisions along with the three youngest Masters divisions (35-49).
CrossFit released two more events for the Teens and the Masters divisions.
Assault Lunge

M 16-49 use 80-lb. dumbbell
F 14-15 use 45-lb. dumbbell
F16-49 use 55-lb. dumbbell
This one will be fast as the time cap is only five minutes!
The other event released is titled ‘Bar Fight’. This one is a little different for the 50+ Masters divisions. The timing of this is still up in the air as one schedule is showing Friday while another shows Saturday.

The time cap on this one is 15 minutes. The limiting factor on this is going to be the 30 clean and jerks at the end. At 205 pounds, it’s essentially Grace+70lbs after a grip-intensive opener.
