Rich Froning knows how to celebrate July 4th! Like last year, Froning broke out the slip ‘n slide once again this year. This year Froning and CrossFit Mayhem teammate Darren Hunsucker used a surfboard and an American flag to pay tribute to George Washington.

Our tribute to George Washington! Hope everyone had a great 4th of July, thank you to all of those past and present who made this country and this day possible!
