USA Weightlifting and USA Rowing have partnered with CrossFit to set up a booth at the South, Central and Atlantic Regionals to find new talent for the sports. There will be a booth set up at the Central Regional this weekend to give fans an opportunity to test their strength and skills.
We caught up with Suzy Sanchez, USA Weightlifting Director of Program Development, to find out more about what they are doing this weekend.
