Tennil Reed-Beuerlein was supposed to be in the air on her way to Australia last night to compete in the 2017 CrossFit Invitational this weekend. Her airplane had different plans.

Reed-Beuerlein’s original flight sat at the gate for one hour before getting delayed. Reed-Beuerlein and her fellow passengers then had to wait for another plane. However, as the new plane was getting ready to take off the “right engine got too hot” and the pilot stopped on the the runway.

The flight was then cancelled and Reed-Beuerlein headed home after eight hours at the airport. We are guessing she has a rescheduled flight for today or tomorrow.
