As we reported over the weekend, Tia-Clair Toomey and her husband Shane Orr are planning to move to Cookeville, Tennessee. The two-time CrossFit Games champion currently lives in Australia. Toomey and Orr have owned and operated CrossFit Gladstone for the past three seasons, but as part of the move to the United States the couple is selling their gym.

The couple posted the CrossFit gym for sale on businessforsale.com.au, a website for selling businesses in Australia. There is not a list price for the gym as they are looking for offers.

In the description of the business, Toomey and Orr say that have invested more than $100,000 into equipment and the facility itself. The gym has a strong membership and provides a stable cash flow. Toomey and Orr are looking for genuine inquiries only.

So with the sale of their gym it definitely appears that Toomey will be making the move the Cookeville, Tennessee. This would make the Central Regional the top regional by far. The men’s, women’s and team champions all would be (in Nashville) at the Central Regional. Wow!
