The 2018 CrossFit Games begin on Wednesday, August 1, in Madison, Wisconsin. And if you’re not one of the thousands of fans watching in person, here is what you need to know to watch the Games from your computer, tablet or on tv.

Live Stream

Just like Regionals, you can live stream most of the individual and team competition and some of the masters/teens events on Games.CrossFit.com or the CrossFit Games’ Facebook page. CBS and CBS Sports App will also have a live stream, but will be solely focuses on the individuals and teams. And the good news is that no cable service authentication is required to watch!

TV

CBS Sports Network will air two one-hour windows of live coverage. On Saturday, August 4, watch from 1-2pm Eastern and on Sunday from 12-1pm Eastern.

Then at night, a recap of the day’s events will air from 10pm-12am Eastern every night on CBS Sports Network.

Of course, if you can’t live stream because the boss is sitting over your shoulder, stay tuned to TheBarbellSpin.com for news and updates throughout the competition.
