
The Wodapalooza Online Challenge is here. Last night, Guido Trinidad announced the first week of workouts via pre-recorded video. Athletes competing in the Online Challenge must complete two workouts and submit their scores by this Sunday night.
Week 1 includes a lot of barbell work as both workouts are primarily barbell movements.
Workout #1 (“Celebrate 7”)
7-minute AMRAP:
Squat Clean & Jerk (225/155 lbs*)
*Scaled divisions use different weights

Workout #2 (“Death by Triplet”)
Complete as many rounds as possible, each within a 2 minute window, of the following:
8 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20″*)
8 Hang Power Snatch (115/80 lbs*)
8 Thrusters (115/80 lbs*)
If an athlete completes the round within the two minutes, they’ll rest the remainder, and then earn another 2-minute round. The athlete continues, until they are no longer able to complete the allotted work within the 2:00 window.
