
Sentinel Training – Taylor and Bryson are back with another episode of MIC’D UP. This session includes alternating hang power cleans at 50% of their 1RM for max reps with deadlifts at the same percentage, performed for equal total reps.
The Workout
Every 4:00 for 5 Sets:
10 Deadlifts
10 Hang Power Cleans
*all unbroken sets at the same weight as Week 1 (50% of 1RM Clean)
Between sets, Taylor and Bryson discuss the importance of “turning on” the lats versus just moving the weight — a critical distinction for building functional strength and avoiding injury.
