Coffee Pods and Wods – Pedro attended a CrossFit Level 1 seminar recently. During that visit, he captured CrossFit Seminar Staff Rob Lawson explain why he is so passionate about CrossFit.
“What you guys are doing for your sister right here is so much more than we’re allowed to do and what we can offer. Keep doing this,” shared Lawson when telling a story about a conversation with a physical therapist about using CrossFit to help rehab Lawson’s sister.
