Watching Neal Maddox and Travis Williams during the Open live announcement, it looked like a tough task to get in all of the work within the time cap, but it could be done with no mistakes and no wasted time.
After all the dust has settled and everyone’s calves are cramped, Dakota Rager conquered the challenge with time to spare. In just 13:25 seconds, Rager cruised through all 928 reps. Once all of the erroneous scores are discarded, Rager will take 1st on 18.3.
There was only one other athlete to finish 18.3…Josh Bridges. Bridges finished the workout with just one second to spare, 13:59. Bridges’ video has not been published.
On the women’s side, Tia-Clair Toomey appears to have the best result with 918 reps, just 10 bar muscle-ups shy of finishing the workout.
