Think you’re strong? Then prove it by doing the 2023 Rogue Record Breakers Qualifier. Released this morning, there are four qualifier workouts (Event 3 is for men only; Event 4 is for women) that you can attempt in order to qualify for the Rogue Record Breakers competition at the 2023 Arnold Sports Classic on March 2-5, 2023 in Columbus, Ohio.
Of course, the qualifier events will require superhuman strength. From the Thor’s Hammer Forward Hold to a Dinnie Stone Walk/Hold, these qualifier events are no joke. Check out the qualifier event videos below to get a sense of what it takes to qualify.
