The 2024 Rogue Invitational is moving overseas. After Caity Henniger, co-founder and Chief Sales Officer at Rogue Fitness, shared a post back in December that said they were “scouting” for the Rogue Invitational, the move was made official this afternoon.
The 2024 Rogue Invitational will be held in Aberdeen, Scotland from November 8-10 at P&J Live. This year’s competition will be the 6th Rogue Invitational.

The Rogue Invitational began at the Rogue Fitness Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio in 2019. It then hosted a virtual competition in 2020. And for the past three years it has been held at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas. Now, in 2024, the competition is moving outside the United States for the first time.
The Rogue Invitational showcases the biggest names in CrossFit and Strongman over the course of the three-day competition.
As for the venue, P&J Live, it is a multi-purpose indoor arena in a suburb of Bucksburn, in Aberdeen, Scotland. The arena’s capacity can range from 5,000 to 15,000 spectators based on the floor configuration.
The £333 million facility opened in September 2019 and is the largest event complex in the North of Scotland. It also adjoins a 4-star Hilton and Aloft Hotels.Â
The Rogue Invitational is currently not yet on the list of events on the P&J Live website.
