CRASH Crescendo Gives Elite Teams First Chance to Compete Together This Season

The 2025 CRASH Crescendo begins today. Hosted by CrossFit CRASH and programmed by J.R. Howell, the Co-Ed Elite division is the first opportunity for teams looking to qualify for the 2025 CrossFit Games to compete on the floor together.

Over the years CRASH Crescendo has seen Games bound teams fine tune their communication and teamwork. In those previous years CRASH Crescendo has been between Quarterfinals and Semifinals. This year, with the season changes, teams will take on this competition before the In-Affiliate Semifinals (an online competition).

Before we get into the details of CRASH Crescendo, it is worth noting that J.R. Howell is also programming Syndicate Crown this year.
