Games Bound Karin Freyova Among Strong Field Competing at the French Throwdown This Weekend

For all but 40 men and 40 women (and 38 teams) the 2023 CrossFit season came to an end once they crossed the finish line of the last event at Semifinals. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t opportunities to still compete.

The 2023 French Throwdown kicked off earlier today and runs through this Sunday. Among the 74 athletes competing there are some well-known names who narrowly missed qualifying for the Games on the competition floor AND one who did qualify!
