Matilde Garnes and her boyfriend, Henrik Negård, competed together in the Elite Team Division at the 2024 Oslo Throwdown. The couple not only competed, but stood atop the podium Sunday afternoon.
Competing under the team name, Team Vivid, Garnes and Negård finished with two event wins and never finished worse than 4th place in a single event.
Second place was RX Performance Prio1 (Alexander Elebro and Mari Längfors) and third place was RX Performance (Axel Lundgren and Synne Samseth). [originally the leaderboard has CrossFit Prestanda Part 1 in 3rd place]
Also on the competition floor was Kristin Holte. She and fellow Kriger Training coach Joakim Right finished in 8th place on Team Kriger OG.
In the individual RX divisions, Victor Ljungdal won in the men’s individual RX division while Stine Moen Nilsen took 1st place in the women’s individual RX division.
