A week after Wodapalooza wrapped, ATHX took the stage in Miami Beach. ATHX is a “2.5-hour continuous fitness competition across six zones” that tests strength, endurance and wraps up with a metcon. With ATHX Miami Beach being the first competition in the United States, numerous CrossFit athletes were in attendance.
ATHX has an individual and team (pairs) divisions along with several categories from ATHX Pro to ATHX to ATHX Lite.

And as expected, the CrossFit athletes dominated the leaderboard. Ty Jenkins and Jennifer Muir won the ATHX Pro individual men’s and women’s divisions, respectively. On the team side, Jonne Koski and Ella Wilkinson won the Mixed Pairs. Hannah Hardy and Sydney Witter won the Female Pairs and Ivan Verdun and Nate Scola won the Male Pairs. All CrossFitters.
