WFP Online Challenger Qualifier 1 Workouts Released

The World Fitness Project (WFP) Online Challenger Qualifier 1 is officially underway. Last night at 8pm Central, the workouts were released for athletes looking to qualify for Tour Event 1 in May.

There are four scored workouts with Workout 3 being a Part A/B workout. The workouts range from a 5-minute AMRAP featuring Wall Walk Complexes and 225-pound cleans to a 20-minute AMRAP of rowing, burpees and shuttle runs.

Athletes have until March 25 at 8:00 PM Central Time to submit scores for all four workouts.

The top 10 men and top 10 women will qualify for the Pro division at Tour Event 1 in Westfield, Indiana, on May 9-11. Athletes who finish 11-30 in the online qualifier will be invited to compete in the Challenger division. Athletes in both divisions will earn points in their quest to finish in the top 20 at the end of the 2025 season thereby receiving a Pro Card for 2026.

Part A:

5 Rounds for Time: 7-Min Cap
50 ft Handstand Walk – 2 x 7.6m (25ft) unbroken sections
10 Deadlifts – 143kg (315 lb)/ 102kg (225 lb)

Score – Time or Total Reps Completed at time cap.
Tiebreak – Time at the completion of Round 3.

Rest from completion of Part A or the time cap until minute 9:00

Part B:

AMRAP 5
15 Wall Walk Complexes – 1 Complex = 1 Wall Walk + 1 Wall-Facing Handstand Push-Up (HSPU)
