More and more news is starting to stream in as we get closer to the start of the 2019 CrossFit Games. With each piece of new information, from cutting the field in half to the official demo team roster, the overall picture of what this year’s Games will look like gets just a bit clearer.
And now we have the daily schedule for the Games.
The competition will run from Thursday, August 1 through Sunday, August 4 for both individuals and teams. The masters and teen competitions begin on Friday. All times below are local, Central Daylight Time.
Individuals and Teams
Thursday: 9am – 6pm (Athlete Ceremony following competition)
Friday: 10am – 6pm
Saturday: 10am – 6pm
Sunday: 10am – 5pm
Masters and Teens
Thursday: no events schedules (Athlete Ceremony after 6pm)
Friday: 8am – 6pm
Saturday: 10am – 6pm
Sunday: 10am – 3pm
Like similar years, the Individual and Team events will not overlap each other.
Last year there were 14 scored events over the course of five days, with one of those days being a rest day. This year athletes will be competing four consecutive days…assuming they make the cuts.
