The workouts for the Individual In-Affiliate Semifinals have been released. The workouts have been published ahead of the official start of the Semifinals, which begin on Thursday, May 1 at 3:00pm Eastern Time.
Athletes will have until Sunday evening to complete the workouts and submit their scores (and videos).
The top 11 men and top 11 women in the world will receive an invite to compete at the 2025 CrossFit Games. On top of that, those 22 athletes will also receive prize money.
WORKOUT 1
As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 muscle-ups
3 back squats
30-foot handstand walk (15 feet out and back)
*Add 3 reps to the muscle-ups and squats every round.

WORKOUT 2
20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 reps for time of:
Dumbbell overhead walking lunges
GHD sit-ups
♀ 50-lb (22.5-kg) dumbbells
♂ 70-lb (32.5-kg) dumbbells
Time cap: 20 minutes
WORKOUT 3
Heavy Isabel
For time:
30 snatches
♀ 155 lb (70 kg)
♂ 225 lb (102 kg)
Time cap: 10 minutes
WORKOUT 4
For total reps, every 2 minutes for 5 rounds, complete:
10 50-foot shuttle runs (25 feet out and back)
10 clean and jerks
Max lateral burpees over the bar in the time remaining
*Rest 1 minute between rounds.
