CrossFit has published the five workouts for the 2025 Team Semifinals this afternoon ahead of the official start of the online competition. Teams will have from Thursday, April 24 at 3:00pm Eastern until Sunday, April 27 at 8:00pm Eastern to submit their scores.
But while athletes know the workouts, they will not be able to complete them until the window opens as they must say a password on their video or provide a time stamp that proves the workout was completed during the 4-day window.
The top 20 teams worldwide in this stage will qualify for the 2025 CrossFit Games in Albany, New York, on August 1-3.
Here are the workouts:
WORKOUT #1
5 rounds for time of:
15 clean and jerks (MM/FF pairs)
20 synchro line-facing burpees
♀ 95 lb (43 kg)
♂ 135 lb (61 kg)

50 box jump-overs (MM/FF pairs)

♂ 50-lb (22.5-kg) dumbbells, 24-inch box
