The 2026 Copa Sur Semifinal takes place next weekend on May 1-3. The 30 men and 30 women will compete in an attempt to qualify for the CrossFit Games with the top 2 men and women receiving an invite.
Copa Sur will feature six workouts over the three days of competition, beginning with the longer Move Max workout and ending with an elimination style event, a repeat of last year’s finale.
Below are the 2026 Copa Sur workouts and the roster of athletes competing:

EVENT 1 – MOVE MAX
For time:
24-ft bear hug carry (175/115 lbs)

50 toes-to-bars
5,000/3,500m Echo bike

EVENT 2 – SNATCH
3 attempts for max load of:

EVENT 3 – SQUAT SKILLS
For total reps in 4, 2-minute intervals:

Max front squats 225/155lbs* (until 50 reps)
*1 minute rest between intervals
