The 2026 Online Semifinals officially begin on Thursday, May 7, at 3:00pm Eastern Time. The top Masters and Teenage athletes from around the world will take on five workouts in an effort to qualify for the 2026 CrossFit Games.
Athletes will have until Monday, May 11, at 3:00pm Eastern Time to complete and submit scores for all five workouts. All scores will remain hidden from the public leaderboard (if submitted early) until the competition has concluded.
Below are the five workouts. Note, the weights and descriptions are based on the 35-39 year-old division. Please go to the CrossFit Games website for the exact specifications, along with the official scorecard, for each age division.
WORKOUT 1
5 Rounds for Time:
7 Squat Snatches (135/95 lbs)
3 Rope Climbs (15 feet)
Time Cap: 15 minutes
WORKOUT 2
For Time:
3 Rounds of:
20 Lateral Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24/20-inch box)
10×50-foot Shuttle Runs

3 Rounds of:
100 Double-Unders
50-foot Handstand Walk
Time Cap: 15 minutes
WORKOUT 3
2 Rounds for Time:
1,000-meter Row
50 Thrusters (65/45 lbs)
30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
Time Cap: 25 minutes
WORKOUT 4
Starting every minute until you cannot complete the lift:
1 Deadlift
*When you cannot complete a lift at the prescribed weight, or you complete the final lift, complete as many cleans as possible in the time remaining.
