SAP Center Ticket Packages

Only three-day ticket packages will be available when tickets go on sale later this month. Single-day tickets will likely be available closer to the competition.

Similar to the last two years, tickets are not general admission and seats will be reserved when purchased. There are four price tiers for the Arena Ticket Package:

$360 – Red Lower Start/Royal Blue Upper Sideline
$480 – Purple Lower Start/Green Upper Finish
$640 – Orange Lower Sideline
$800 – Light Blue Lower Finish

The NetApp Celly Lounge

For those looking for a premium experience, there is the The NetApp Celly Lounge. This add-on feature provides exclusive access to a private lounge where there is all-inclusive food along with a selection of beer, wine and cocktails.

Those who take advantage of this offer will get a private entrance into the lounge and a larger semi-private entrance directly from outside SAP Center making it easier to move between the competition and the lounge.

The add-on cost of the NetApp Celly Lounge is $885 per person.

Children Ages 2 & Under

Anyone entering the SAP Center will need a ticket for a seat. The only exclusion is for children aged 2 and under who do not need a seat.

Receiving and Accessing Your Tickets

Based on the information provided by CrossFit, it appears there is a bit of legwork needed to ensure you can purchase and access your tickets. Here are the instructions provided by CrossFit:

Tickets can be accessed through the San Jose Sharks Ticketmaster site. After creating an account with Ticketmaster at the time of purchase, log in to your account at any time to retrieve a barcode containing your ticket package. Each ticket will have a scannable barcode that can be added to your smartphone’s wallet. Note: A screenshot of the barcode will not register. A short video tutorial can be found here.

With Sharks + SAP Center Mobile Tickets, purchasers of Arena tickets will have the ability to send mobile tickets to anyone they choose through their Sharks + SAP Center mobile account. Those with a Ticketmaster account can use their Ticketmaster username and password to log in. Each recipient of a mobile ticket will receive an email from Ticketmaster with instructions on how to create a Ticketmaster account of their own to retrieve their mobile ticket.

All ticket holders (not just the ticket purchaser) must create an account with San Jose Sharks Ticketmaster to obtain their tickets. The easiest way to ensure you have access to your tickets is to download the Sharks + SAP Center mobile app here. Those who are unable to download the Sharks + SAP Center mobile tickets app can access their tickets through their Ticketmaster account on their mobile phone browser.
